Description
CAE2200/CAE2300/CAE2400 are RF-Sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), in dual-channel mode, the CAE2200/ CAE2300/CAE2400 can sample up to 10.4GSPS/8GSPS/6GSPS and up to 5.2GSPS/4GSPS/3GSPS in single-channel mode.
Programmable tradeoffs in channel count (dual-channel mode) and Nyquist bandwidth (single-channel mode) allow development of flexible hardware that meets the needs of both high channel count or wide instantaneous signal bandwidth applications.
The CAE2200/CAE2300/CAE2400 are offered in a FCBGA196 package and is specified over a temperature range of -40 to 115°C.
